Gospel of John:
Leaders: Chris Faith & Paul Ribbe
Chapel
As the “different” gospel, John unfolds for us seven signs and seven “I am” declarations of Christ, that we might believe and have eternal life in Him. As a class we aim to know Jesus better, love Him more deeply and to become more like Him as we behold His glory. By studying this best of all evangelism tools, we also pray to become more effective in introducing others to Him. Please join us if these fit with your goals for 2008.
Spanish Bible Study

Tapestry – A Women’s Bible Study
Fellowship Hall-A
Leaders: Ann Angert, Diana Jaasma, Ali Wieboldt, Lucy Copeland, Linda Owen
The women’s class will continue to meet for a time of prayer and encouragement focused on God’s Word. Join us for in-depth discussions of scripture and its application to our lives as women. In “What Jesus Demands from the World”, John Piper has gathered many of Jesus’ commands from the four Gospels. He begins with an introduction that puts them in a redemptive-historical context, then concisely examines each one. The result is an accessible introduction for thoughtful inquirers and new believers, as well as deep meditations for veteran believers. College-aged and up are welcome to join this study at any time.
International Christian Fellowship (ICF)
Fellowship Hall-B/C
Leader: Jay Lester
ICF provides an international community in which Christians can grow in their knowledge of Christ, and inquirers & seekers can learn more about genuine Christianity. Beginning in January, our series is entitled "Romans: Good News for the World." What is the basis of the Christian worldview? Why is humanity in trouble? What is the "good news" that brings salvation? How can this salvation be realized in daily life? How can we know and do God's will? How should Christians relate to one another? How should Christians relate to neighbors, coworkers, enemies, and authorities? Our study of Paul's letter to the Romans will address these questions and more.

In order to have enough class material we would ask that you pre-register for this class. A fee of $50 /couple covers a part of the cost of class materials and the FOCCUS Marriage Preparation Test. This class is required for couples planning to be married at BCF and it is strongly recommended for couples being married elsewhere and individuals considering marriage but not yet engaged.
